Wildwood Woman Karen Guccione Killed in Richmond Heights Accident on Interstate 64 near Big Bend
Richmond Heights, Missouri – A woman was killed in a crash on Tuesday morning in Richmond Heights, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Shortly before 8 a.m. April 6, a Chevrolet Malibu traveling eastbound on Interstate 64 crashed into a concrete barrier on the right side near Big Bend. 
MSHP said the Malibu drifted back into the interstate and collided with the side of a semi-truck.
The Malibu was then pinned against the concrete barrier by the big rig, which caught fire.
The driver of the Malibu, Karen Guccione, of Wildwood, was killed in the crash.
The other driver was uninjured.
The crash caused a closure of the interstate for hours as authorities examined and cleared the scene.
The MSHP is investigating the incident.
