Las Vegas Crash on Cheyenne and Mary Dee
Las Vegas, Nevada (March 14, 2022) – Two people died following a major collision on Cheyenne and Mary Dee in Las Vegas on Sunday evening.
According to authorities, the incident was reported at around 5:30 p.m. March 13.
Two motorcycles were traveling in the area when they crossed the center median, for unknown reasons.
One of the riders collided with an oncoming vehicle while the second slammed into a metal pole.
The riders, aged between 40 and 50 years, were both pronounced deceased at the scene.
A third motorcyclist and the driver of the other vehicle were taken to UMC hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.
North Las Vegas police responded to the scene immediately after the collision.
Speed is suspected to have played a role in the deadly accident.
The crash remained under investigation.
