2 Hospitalized after Multi-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 95 near Baymeadows Road in Jacksonville
Jacksonville, Florida (April 1, 2022) – A major crash involving multiple vehicles occurred in Jacksonville late Friday night, according to a report by the Florida Highway Patrol.
The wreck took place on Interstate 95 at around 1:10 p.m. on March 25. 
According to FHP, several vehicles collided on the southbound side of the interstate, just south of Baymeadows Road.
The impact caused one of the cars to flip.
Two people were trapped in one of the cars after the collision.
Emergency crews responded to the scene and extricated the trapped parties.
The two were then transported to a hospital for treatment of their injuries.
There was no update on the conditions of the patients.
The cause of the collision remained under investigation.
